The table below indicates the domains of practice for a restricted registration available to residents by service and site. Please indicate the domain of practice for which you are seeking a restricted registration. Please ensure that you have the level of experience required for the service type and location you will be working at, and that you receive the level of supervision that is required by your Program.

Ward, ICU, in patient pre-op and post-op care and surgical consultations.

24 months of postgraduate training and have done 2 blocks of rotation in ICU and 1 block in anesthesia, ATLS and ACLS certification, LMCC part 1 and 2, Surgical Foundations exam. The Surgical Science Program resident must be in good academic standing with their program and this includes having their research project at an acceptable progression. The resident will continue the clinical work as well as the call duties in ENT that are defined by the home program
during residency
All CanMEDS roles must be >=4 and all ITER's overall must be satisfactory
