Please indicate the domain of practice for which you are seeking a restricted registration. Please ensure that you have the level of experience required for the service type and location you will be working at, and that you receive the level of supervision that is required by your Program.

Residents must have successfully completed two years of training in the McMaster Pediatric Residency Program, including at least two blocks of NICU (including SJH Level 2 Nursery) and 1 block of PCCU. They also must have completed 4 blocks of night float: 2 in PCCU, 2 as SPR. Residents should have a valid certificate in PALS and NRP to participate. All residents participating must be in good standing in the program - see attached document above for details.
