Please indicate the domain of practice for which you are seeking a restricted registration. Please ensure that you have the level of experience required for the service type and location you will be working at, and that you receive the level of supervision that is required by your Program.

Residents MUST have successfully completed mandatory rotations in Adult General Psychiatry - Inpt. & Outpt (12 months). Child & Adolescent Psychiatry (6 months).And 6 months of trainig in either Consultation Liaison Psychiatry (3 months), Geriatric Psychiatry (3 - 6 months) or Rehab.Psychiatry (6 months)
During residency
>=4/5
must attend a minimum of 75% of all Academic Day activities; must pass Psychotherapy Requirements for PGY2 and 3 years; have fulfilled expected on call duties for adult and child and adolescent psychiatry; pass their PGY3 annual oral exam 70%
